The 2019 BC Archaeology Forum was hosted by Tsleil-Waututh Nation and Inlailawatash Limited Partnership in North Vancouver on November 16. There were 216 registrants, including First Nations members, consultants, academics, students, and interested non-specialists, making it one of the largest Forums since it first began in 1991. The organizing team tried a new format of short presentations limited to 6 minutes each, followed by two open round-table discussions in the afternoon. The 30 presentations were organized around three themes: Impacts, Collaboration, and Innovation. The Forum was very successful and much new information was shared.
